Insperience Day at Ferney

Once again this year, the Dutch E/D/E cooperation partner Ferney organised an Insperience Day in Afferden. The event of the association for building hardware, tools and ironmongery was opened by the new Managing Director Gerd Rademaker together with EDE International Managing Director Annegret Franzen.

Afterwards, the so-called inspirations started in the form of presentations by Ferney employees on the topics of prices and availability, sustainability, digitalisation and industrialisation. After a joint lunch, the afternoon programme began, where all participants spent a colourful afternoon with a round of golf, a ride on an electric scooter or a canoe tour.

“The cooperation with E/D/E has now been successful for many years. To underline this, we decided to host the event together for the first time this year,” Gerd Rademaker concluded. “When FERNEY suggested that we organise the Insperience Day together, we at EDE International were immediately enthusiastic. And the result was as one could expect from our long-standing cooperation with FERNEY: An event that particularly emphasised the commonalities between our two groups. FERNEY and EDE as strong partners at eye level – exchanging ideas with national and international suppliers. It was a pleasure for us to organise this great day together with all partners”, Annegret Franzen is pleased to say. The members and suppliers then ended the Insperience Day together over drinks or Borrel, as the Dutchman says.
