Our specialised medium-sized members not only want to buy at the best conditions and generate sales with brands and assortments, but also feel the pressure on the cost side. At the same time, customers demand that the goods they order be delivered as quickly as possible and to the most diverse locations all over Europe. As the clear number one in B2B, we are therefore constantly improving the supply chain for our members. Our goals are to reduce your warehousing and logistics costs and to provide the best possible service for your customers. At the heart of this is our electronic logistics center eLC in Wuppertal, with access to over 500,000 articles and over 330 million euros in warehouse turnover per year. With over 73,000 square meters of warehouse space, more than 110,000 articles are immediately available with 98 percent delivery readiness. Continuous expansion will further increase capacities here – to over 150,000 articles. We send up to 10,000 parcels a day from our eLC logistics center to more than 30 European countries, resulting in around 1.6 million parcels a year. We deliver to your warehouse within 24 hours or directly to the end customer (48-72 hours to Europe). Single-item picking, two-man delivery and last-minute ordering are examples of many other strong logistics services. Our second warehouse for sanitary and heating products offers access to 120,000 items, 5000 of which are directly in stock – we even ship ceramic goods by parcel delivery. The hazardous goods warehouse with 6000 pallet spaces and the automatic small parts warehouse, which processes up to 1500 order items per hour, round off the strong logistics offering.
