General Meeting of the FORMAT Group in Poland: Focus on Digitalization and Collaboration
The general meeting of the FORMAT Group in Poland, which took place on October 7th and 8th, 2024, in Tarczyn, near Warsaw, was a complete success. The event began on October 7 with a joint dinner, where participants came together in good spirits and took the opportunity to exchange ideas in a relaxed atmosphere.
A total of 25 people from 13 companies participated on the Polish members’ side. The meeting provided an excellent platform to discuss current market developments, advancing digitalization, and the further development and digitalization of the FORMAT 3.0 marketing concept. In addition to theory, there was also the opportunity to dive into the digital FORMAT world: the new digital showroom – the FORMAT Brand-Space – as well as the VR glasses were introduced and tried out.
The event was characterized by constructive discussions and lively exchanges, which further strengthened the long-standing and friendly collaboration within the FORMAT Group. Michal Gimersky (EDE International AG Sales Manager Poland) summarized the result of the meeting with pleasure: “The feedback from the participants was very positive and confirms the importance of personal meetings with the leaders of the Polish FORMAT Group.” And Martin Ochelski (EDE International AG Sales Director & Key Accounts, Cooperations Eastern Europe) added decisively: “We will keep working on continuous development and joint success.”
